Hi Kenny,

it seems the email is considered to be SPAM.
Do you have problem to send ALL emails to qq? Or is it just few/one?

Also it's possible, your sever is blacklisted in a spam list - you can check it using MX Toolbox here.

As chatted on BBM, please balance outbound on multiple MTAs if you want to send many emails to QQ.com.

Hi Zhang,

Thanks for the tip. I just newly setup. try send one to qq.com doesn't work. but 163.com is ok. I have valid pass spf and dkim record using online tools.

I check no blacklist IP

I notice the email recive at my side mail.xxxx.com(127.0.0.1) <-- how to change to real server IP? or is it because of this, it reject?

Any more advice?

This is normal, all emails generated on your localhost will have this mail header.

i have the same problem and many other.....
it seems QQ mail treat my mail sent out from localhost
