Hello configured the MX entries in the digital ocean but do not receive or send emails .. what is wrong?

if you send email from Gmail to your mail server, and you didn't receive the email, there must be a bounce message in Gmail, did you receive this bounce message? Show us full content of the bounce message please.

It is not gmail, is sending hotmail and my zimbra email ....

You have 2 MX records for mail domain name "criptusweb.tk" with same priority:

criptusweb.tk.        1799    IN    MX    10 162.243.193.211.criptusweb.tk.
criptusweb.tk.        1799    IN    MX    10 mx.criptusmail.tk.

Neither has an valid A record. Please fix it.
