Hi I have my dominio.com and 10 subdomains declared in my dns,
I put relay_domains and transport in the postfix and not deliver the mail to the ips subdomains
the email system Mail loops back to myself

Howto configure iredmail to subdomains?

I'm afraid that i don't fully understand what you want to achieve.

If you host sub-domains in iRedMail, emails sent to sub-domains will be delivered locally. If you want to relay received emails to other host, please update per-domain transport. Reference:

after I change the mtaTransport by which

mtaTransport: dovecot

for other postfix who is example?

Try to set mtaTransport to "relay:[ip_of_subdomain]", also add "domainBackupMX=yes" for this domain.
