Is there any way to force all users to use port 587 with STARTTLS for SMTP, instead of port 25.

We can't block port 25 otherwise external mail server will not be able to send mails to our server.

Is there any hack for it?

This is default setting in iRedMail-0.9.5-1.

By setting 'smtpd_sasl_auth_enabled = no' in Postfix main.cf, smtp auth on port 25 is disabled.
