Topic: time zone not set for new user

- iRedMail version (check /etc/iredmail-release): 0.9.5-1
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL):  Maria
- Web server (Apache or Nginx):nginx
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? yes

Not sure if this is a bug report or a feature request:

When adding a new domain, I make sure to set the timezone in the Advanced tab.  However, when adding a user under the domain, the user's timezone is not set.

Suggestion: automatically set new users to the same timezone as their domain, admin can always change if needed

While login, iRedAdmin-Pro will try to use timezone setting from:

1: user profile
2: domain profile (if no time zone setting in user profile)
3: global setting (if no time zone setting in domain profile)

So i suppose this is ok?
