Topic: Unable to login to email account

- iRedMail version (check /etc/iredmail-release): 0.9.4.2
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Debian
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): mysql
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): Apache
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro?
- Related log if you're reporting an issue:

Unable to login at email account at web interface. It says login failed.
It used to work OK..
I disactivated/activated domain and user account
Created new user...
But again I fail to login to email account... on web panel and pop3 conn.
But smtp conn works OK.
At which log can I find the reason?
Admin panel log does not show any error
It looks like phpmyadmin is not available anymore

Is Dovecot service running? Any related log in /var/log/dovecot.log?

Dovecot server was running.
Checked the logs at
/var/log/dovecot.log
Found the problem:

Jul 01 10:13:21 auth: Error: BUG: Authentication client sent unknown handshake command: USER?1?me@myserver.com?service=lda

Does ?service=lda mean ldap service?
I dont use ldap service.

Found similar problem on web search.

Restarting Dovecot was the only solution.
I can login to web interface now.

is phpmyadmin removed from the iredmail package?

lda means "Local Deliver Agent", not LDAP.
