Topic: how to enable disclaimer on SMTP

as my subject... i have successfully enabling disclaimer, when using webmail it's working
but if user is using mail client, send email via smtp port, then the disclaimer not showing up..

how to enable it ?

i used that doc.. but only works if i'm using webmail..
if i'm using like thunderbird, evolution or outlook express..
then the disclaimer doesn't show up
