Topic: Iredmail-0.6.1 on Ubuntu 10.04. problem with logrotate

I have installed on 10.04 an I saw a problem with logrotate.
When the mail log files have been rotated and new files are created the don't start to log in them.
Not until I started the server.
I will investigate this further, Anyone has a idea please share with me..

Can you try to edit files under /etc/logrotate.d/, change postrotate command to:

 postrotate
    /etc/init.d/rsyslog restart
 endscript

Which file do you want me to edit?

There are several files that "postrotate" is included:

root@mail:/etc/logrotate.d# grep postrot *
apache2:        postrotate
clamav-daemon:     postrotate
clamav-freshclam:     postrotate
dovecot:    postrotate
maillog:    postrotate
mysql-server:   postrotate
openldap:    postrotate
procmail:    postrotate
rsyslog:        postrotate
rsyslog:        postrotate
sieve:    postrotate
ufw:    postrotate

I have added it to:
clamav-daemon
dovecot
maillog
openldap
procmail
rsyslog
sieve

Let's wait and see what's happening.
