Topic: Client does not recieve mail - checklist
I am looking what is the cause why my client does not recieve email:
I created a checklist, but i would like to know if there is something i missed.
- mxtoolbox
-> mx check for my domain -> 1 record found
-> Blacklist check -> all green
-> Test mail server with mx.domain.com -> all green
-> Grey listing in turned off for her domain. (And in general also)
- Logging -> no email found from domain
- quarantine -> empty (all default settings)
- veryfy email adres (HELO command) -> result OK
I need some help here ...
I contacted some people, ask them if they recieve error mails ?
