Topic: Logins are disabled

Confirmed imap (port 143) open on public ip, confirmed opened 143 on cisco f/w. set up account on iphone to access email, get error message

Cannot Get Mail
Logins are disabled for "thisaccount"

Fixed by opening 993 for imaps.... Oops....
