iRedAdmin-Pro already supports domain alias, and it now supports user alias. It's same as "Nickname" in Google Apps.

* Emails sent to alias account addresses will be delivered to same mailbox.
* Email address of alias account must end with your domain name or alias domains.

I tested it in the demo site and I found a reproducible bug.
If you add a domain alias to an existing one and you create a new user, you will find the field of the alias for that user automagically filled, but if you want to add a new user alias or just press the "Save changes" button, it will erase all user aliases!
