What's wrong?

First mail user:
* Username: www@example.com
* Password: ******
* SMTP/IMAP auth type: login
* Connection: STARTTLS

Upon installation i guess. Its also written on my iRedMail.tips

You can try to log without using the @example.com.
If i remember you can log with www + password only ( or any other user + password )
