Hi I'm new to iRedMail but have managed to setup a new server on a clean DigitialOcean Droplet. All seems to be working but emails being sent to the server take anything up to 30 minutes to arrive. When an email is sent from the server they arrive at the destination is seconds. I had this domain working on another server and emails where sent and received without delay. I have kept the same DNS configuration but updated the ip address to point to the new server. The DNS should be updated as the changes were made 3 days ago.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Phil

Re: Very slow receiving emails

This happens when Greylisting is active (default). Read more about Greylisting here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greylisting

You can also disable Greylisting per server, domain, user etc.
