Topic: Outlook and large mailbox

Hello, i have one user with large mailbox (count from comand line):
files - 31639
directories - 968
all - 7G
client soft - Outlook 2016.
when log in via WWW - see all messages and can find it (but slow).
Client can't synchronize all mailbox with outlook, cant search messages.
I use Sogo and think it is problem, so configure outlook via IMAP and the same situation.
Some folders are empty on outlook, some have only a few messages.
Log of dovecot/sogo quiet - nothing strange.
It can be serwer config problem or Outlook?
