Hi all, I have a LAMP server in production and would like to install iRedmail. Is it possible to do it manually (vhost and database creation) in order not to overwrite existing data ?

From iRedMail documentation:

iRedMail is designed to be deployed on a FRESH server system, which means your server does NOT have mail related components installed, e.g. MySQL, OpenLDAP, Postfix, Dovecot, Amavisd, etc. iRedMail will install and configure them for you automatically. Otherwise it may override your existing files/configurations althought it will backup files before modifying, and it may not be working as expected.

So officially no, probably you can somehow merge, but it depends on your production environment.
Try it before in a testing environment so things don't go horribly wrong.

But it's still better to install on a fresh system.
