Topic: Amavisd Suicide in child_init_hook: BDB can't connect db env. at /var/

iRedMail installed in Jail.

I migrated the vmail folder from an older installation, but didn't touch anything else. Amavis does not start with following error message:

Nov 25 20:33:15 mail amavis[95395]: (!!)TROUBLE in child_init_hook: BDB can't connect db env. at /var/amavis/db: BDB0087 DB_RUNRECOVERY: Fatal error, run database recovery, No such file or directory. at (eval 93) line 338.
Nov 25 20:33:15 mail amavis[95395]: (!)_DIE: Suicide in child_init_hook: BDB can't connect db env. at /var/amavis/db: BDB0087 DB_RUNRECOVERY: Fatal error, run database recovery, No such file or directory. at (eval 93) line 338.

This was solved with

touch /var/spool/amavis/db/env.db

and stopping/starting the jail.

However, now I get this

Nov 25 21:22:13 mail amavis[97176]: (!)DENIED ACCESS from IP 192.168.0.1, policy bank 'ORIGINATING'

192.168.0.1 being the address of the jail. I added the address to inet_acl, but it didnt help.

Nevermind, same error still persists.

I gave up an reinstalled on ubuntu, so I cannout try out any troubleshooting.
