Hi,

I finished setting up iredmail with sogo and all works great.

Thanks a lot for your product. I guess we will swap to your pro version in the new year.

We have a problem that sometimes the message body of emails is not shown on Android devices. This seems to be a common android-active sync issue?
Did ypu come around this before and is there a solution for iredmail?

Greetings, Chris

Re: Android - forwarded messages received without message body

If you can read same email with webmail, or other MUA, then it's more like an Android mail client issue. so the questions are:

*) can you read it with webmail or other MUAs?
*) Which Android app do you use as mail client?

Thanks Zhang,

It works with webmail and with e.g. IMAP clients.
But obviously the plan was to use it with active sync also on Android.

The clients we used on Android were:
Gmail-app and "a Samsung-app?
K9 was not an alternative because it does not support Exchange.

I totally agree that this must be a client side thing and still hope that we are not the only ones who experience issues.

Is that a not solvable issue or should/could we use a different client?

Thanks for the support,

Chris

*) Upgrade Gmail app to the latest version if it's not yet.
*) Could you please give "BlackBerry Hub" app a try? It's available in Google Play Store, and it offers Exchange ActiveSync support. I didn't have such issue with it.

Thanks a lot.

I think the blackberry.app proposal makes a lot of sense.
