Topic: wrong date format in mail.log

My server's date ( GMT+3) is OK ;
Europe/Istanbul Tue Sep 6 21:00:00 2016 UT = Wed Sep 7 00:00:00 2016 +03 isdst=0 gmtoff=10800
But when i look at the mail.log I see GMT+2
How can i fix this problem ?
root@mail:/etc# ls -l localtime
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 2126 Dec 31 14:03 localtime
root@mail:/etc# ls -l /var/spool/postfix/etc/localtime
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 2126 Dec 31 14:04 /var/spool/postfix/etc/localtime
