Topic: Can POP ports 110 & SMTP port 25 be made secure ? (Same as 995 & 587)

We have an issue with clients working in a country where POP3 port 995 is blocked and SMTP port 587 is blocked. I found out that Dovecot cannot be made to listen on multiple ports.
As an alternate solution, can ports 110 and 25 be configured for POP3-s, and SMTP TLS ? Essentially so they would act exactly the same as ports 995 and 587 ?
