Topic: iRedMail-Pro-LDAP license

- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): LDAP
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): Nginx
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? Yes

I would like to upgrade my iRedAdmin-Pro version from 2.6.0 to 2.7.0.
But if I try to upgrade it in the iRedAdmin-Pro-Panel "License" button on the top-right corner, I'm getting the error "Error while getting license info: <urlopen error timed out>"

The connection should be done through a proxy server. Where do I need to configure it? Or is it possible to get a download link?

You can define the http proxy server address in iRedAdmin-Pro config file like this:

HTTP_PROXY = "http://xx.xx.xx.xx:3128"

Then restart uwsgi service.

This solved my problem. I restarted the wrong service. Instead of uwsgi i restarted nginx.
