Port 20000 is SOGo service, please make sure it's running.

The log in sogo.log is normal.

i can login to sogo webmail, only outlook and android sync didnt work.

How many mobile devices and ActiveSync clients are connecting to your server? You have only 10 SOGo workers, if you have more devices/clients, you may need to increase the workers to serve them.

Try to use more workers in /etc/default/sogo, then restart sogo service and try again.

Sorry for the late response :-/

It works after increase the value to 80.
