What is best practice to move users and emails to new server with 0.97 iredmail from old server where is iredmail 0.95?

*) Upgrade iRedMail-0.9.5 to iRedMail-0.9.7 first.
*) Export SQL databases on old server. Import it on new server.
*) Copy mailboxes with rsync or other tools directly.
