got few user did not recieve email from allstaff@mydomain.my
user complain it happen since early of august, but we already focus the timeline to yesterday araound 23 august 4.40PM

when we go through smtp failure log we found lots of this error recently

can i know if this is the issues? and how to solve it

i attached maillog,smtp failure log but the files is to large to upload, i could email it to you guys

iRedMail version number is not right. Also, RHEL 5.x is really too old, you should consider upgrade to the latest RHEL/CentOS 7.x.

This doesn't look like Postfix log, which log file did you check?

Any related log in /var/log/maillog?

With RHEL 5.x, you don't have /etc/iredmail-release, please try to find the iRedMail version number in file /etc/postfix/mysql*.cf (or /etc/postfix/mysql/*.cf).

And Postfix log file is /var/log/maillog.

inside /etc/postfix/ i dont have folder name mysql

i can email you the maillog, do want me to email it?

No email please, just check /etc/postfix/mysql*.cf. Or other Postfix config files under /etc/postfix.

check any /etc/postfix/mysql_*.cf, they should contain iRedMail version number.

OK, you're running iRedMail-0.6.1, it's released on Aug 14, 2010.

So, which log file did you get the error message?

I found error in /var/log/mailman/smtp-failure.log

"Failed with code -1 : server not connected"

iRedMail doesn't integrate mailman, i'm afraid that you have to try to fix it by yourself. sad

Current mailing list is like mail alias.

BTW, we're working on integrating mlmmj mailing list manager, not Mailman. A RESTful API server used to manage mlmmj is in progress:
