- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): MySQL
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): Apache
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? Yes

We would like to monitor user activity and get alerts if certain limits are reached, but we do not want to limit using throtteling.. any thoughts on that ?

Currently you have few solutions, but all of them need some scripting/programming work:

- Develop a iRedAPD plugin to track the in/out emails
- Scan Postfix log file and calculate
- Check Amavisd SQL database to track in/out emails
