Topic: Greylisting Issues

Hi,

Greylisting has been enabled at a Global level. Training Mode has been set to False.

Two issues I have noticed:

1) When adding domains / senders to "Do not apply greylisting on emails sent from domains listed below" on Save....  the domains added disappear from the screen.

2) When left clicking on Sender Domain on the Tracking screen... nothing happens other than the following message is displayed: "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later."

Are these known bugs for the Greylisting feature or have I missed something simple.

Cannot reproduce this issue locally.
Which domains did you try to add?

Which version of iRedAPD are you running? You can run command "ls -l /opt" to figure it out.

Hi Zhang,

Issue #1 is now resolved. (A misunderstanding of the documentation on my part)

Issue #2 remains.... as requested:

This doesn't look like an iRedAdmin-Pro programming issue. Could you help capture a screenshot of this error to help me understand this issue?

Also, not sure why there is a check box on this panel - I cannot see any associated actions.

Have tried in latest version of firefox and chrome - same results.

Not related to this issue.

Is it possible to give me direct ssh access for further debugging? If it's a bug of iRedAdmin-Pro, it will be free. but if it's an issue caused by yourself, we will charge a support ticket ($99) for this. ok for you?

Hi Zhang,

If its going to resolve the issue then I'm more than happy to cover the cost of a ticket if I'm to blame for root cause.

How do we connect offline so I can provide you with SSH credentials etc...

Fixed: caused by incorrect url link to greylisting tracking data.
