Topic: Can't access iRedMail on the domain name "mail.example.com"

- iRedMail version (check /etc/iredmail-release): 0.9.7
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Ubuntu 16.04.4 x64
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): MySQL
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): Apache
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? : No
- [IMPORTANT] Related original log or error message is required if you're experiencing an issue. : The requested URL /iredadmin was not found on this server.
Apache Server at mail.karneywebdesign.com Port 80

I am not able to access iredadmin when trying to access it with the domain name. but when i try it through the IP Address, it works

Do you have correct A type DNS record for this 'mail.xxx.com' domain name?
