I cloned my mail server and shipped it to a new location.  I now need to update the mail contents with the current mail contents from the old server.  I was going to copy the entire hard drive again but that seems unnecessary and will take a long time to transfer over internet.  What items would you need to copy?  Obviously .../vmail/vmail1 but I don't know what else.

Thanks

Mailboxes and personal sieve rules are stored under /var/vmail/vmail1 by default, you have to transfer it.
