Howdy. This is kind of weird -- The SPAM score of all icoming mails is 0.0. I installed the latest version on a fresh (new) server. My old version (0.97) showed a different score for each mail. Am I missing something?

Nope. Nothing. And I just checked again. Still the same. All mail get's 0.0 :-)

Hi I have exactly the same issue, new install and upgraded to iredpro all my spam shows as 0.0 I have seen issues before with dns servers not working correctly and requiring you to use isp dns so changed it and re-run with same results.

I asume the "NOT LOADED" might have something to do with the issue?

maybe helpful - maybe not on my issue ive done as much digging as I can and looking for odd things ive noticed spamassassin wasn't running I've started it but it's still not giving me a spam score, also the times are an hour out when being received, the server time is correct and also the domains have correct timezone which is gmt (London)

Hi... ive also tried running this systemctl enable spamassassin.service then rebooting, strangely I seem to have even more spam now than before should I disable this to run automatically? Hope to hear soon if you can advise me on my iredmail time being an hour behind also that would help I presume its to do with British summer time. Thanks

Hi Micheal,

I've read somewhere that it doesn't auto boot at startup and this is normal behaviour and besides it defo didn't fix it...

Hopefully Zhang will come back to us soon with some ideas :-)

Please keep me posted if you resolve it I think this is a bit deeper than my knowledge... Do you have anything strange about your setup? for instance mine is running in hyper-v on server 2016 DC I have built many iredmail servers in this way so don't think it's that... I mentioned in my first post that ive seen dns servers block dnbsl lookups on untangle security boxes we run... also is you time correct when you look at the mail logs? mines an hour out im in the uk what about you? just trying to find any similarities with our setups.

I need the info of Amavisd log related to scan a inbound or outbound email, not the start up log.

- Turn on debug mode in Amavisd
- Send one email from Gmail to your iRedMail server.
- Extract log related to this gmail email from Amavisd log file and paste here. We need this for troubleshooting.

Hi. r.crellin!

My setup is pretty much forward. Single server, Debian 9, was fresh during the installation. So, nothing out of the ordinary. And yes, I am also a long time customer. Using iRedMail since 0.6 or so...:-).
In regard of the time zone: I am on CEST (Austria).

Hi Thanks for that, it was a free install with an upgrade to iredpro it seems that anti virus and anti spam are disabled by default.

For Michael, sudo nano /etc/amavis/conf.d/15-content_filter_mode

uncomment the 4 # I wasn't sure on the fifth down the bottom but mines working perfectly now!

This does however bring another issue, lots of spam mail flooding in between the 2 and 3 mark I've sent in a genuine mail thats scored 2.6 so this is going to be difficult to adjust I would say.... Feels like it's missing some additional spam scoring points they seem to low.
