I wish to migrate OpenLDAP from server1 to server2. All mail related files will be on server1. I do not wish to do multi-master setup.

1) What files need to be moved?
2) What files on mailserver need to be changed?

*) If server2 is a fresh server, you can simply copy /etc/openldap/slapd.conf from server1 to server2. Also create ldap data directory with correct owner / group and permission.
*) Dump LDAP data with "slapcat" or "ldapsearch" on server1, then import on server2.
*) Copy all schema files used by OpenLDAP (check /etc/openldap/slapd.conf) from server1 to server2.
*) Make sure OpenLDAP (on server2) is accessible from server1.
