Hi Good Day!

Would it be possible to recover deleted Emails?
My colleague possibly deleted his/her Sent Item in Outlook purposely.

With this setting, i think the sent emails were stored locally in the Outlook.

YES. one exception: if user deleted mail messages manually on webmail or with an IMAP client (like Outlook, Thunderbird), the mail messages will be removed on server too.
