Topic: E-mail ID issue

==== Required information ====
- iRedMail version (check /etc/iredmail-release): 0.9.8
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: CentOS 7
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): PGSQL
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): Nginx
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? yes, 2.9.0
====

I created all the mail ID's users via script and it was done successfully, but one user ID was not created nor it showing under IredAdmin Pro dashboard.

When trying to create a new ID for that samer user it is saying account already exists.

I tried to search user in vmail database-> mailbox table but no such records was found.

What to do?

Re: E-mail ID issue

*) Does it exist in "vmail.forwardings" table?
*) It might be easier to create users with iRedAdmin-Pro RESTful API instead of shell scripting:

Yes the record is in vmail.forwardings table.

But when it is not anywhere listed then why under that table ?
