Topic: Login failure on ony one domain imap/roundcube/SOGo

FreeBSD 11.1 Release , MySQL,Nginx

If i create a user or multiple users for the domain used  during installation everything works fine.
I can receive imap/imaps on my clients, login into roundcube  and lso login and use SOGo without any trouble.

But if i add a new domain and user and try to use this for  imap/imaps/roundcube/SOGo nothing is working. Even after removing and create a new user and/ or domain ik keeps failing on only 1 domain name which i own for years.

Error of SOGo =  wrong username / password
logfile :
SOGoRootPage Login from '83.162.161.157' for user '***@******.eu' might not have worked - password policy: 65535  grace: -1  expire: -1  bound: 0

Error of Roundcube= Login failed
logfile:
IMAP Error: Login failed for ****@******.eu from 8*.162.161.157. LOGIN: Authentication failed. in /usr/local/www/roundcube/program/lib/Roundcube/rcube_imap.php on line 196 (POST /mail/?_task=login&_action=login)

What an i do to find / fix this strange trouble ?

- How did you create new domain and user?
- Please turn on debug mode in Dovecot, try to reproduce this issue by login to Roundcube, and show us relevant log in /var/log/dovecot/*log.
