Topic: Policyd Rules

I have installed mail server on Free BSD ,I want o configure some outbound rules with policyd like
onliy 400 emails/hr to yahoo domain from my mail server etc

What are the industry standards for this is there any tutorial available?

Hi zhang do you have any idea how many emails most of the public domain slike gmail,yahoo,aol,hotmail except per hour.
