Hello,
I run iRedmail 0.9.8 on Debian 9, MYSQL, Nginx.

When I send an email I got this error:

SMTP Error (554): Failed to add recipient...

Any idea?

Please show us full original error message in Postfix log file (/var/log/maillog).
