Topic: Rate Limiting for Local Users?

Greetings,

We've had tremendous success at increasing our spam filtering and security since we installed iRedMail. It's really good and our users love it.

One quick question. We have a few people who send emails with a web-based script to a large amount of users. The error logs for those email campaigns are showing several instances where there are errors that mention the rate limit being exceeded.

Is there some security in place that prevents this type of behavior? Other than moving to something more like a mailman-based mailing list, how can I make sure these types of mails are sent without getting the rate limiting error?

Thanks!

Caio

You can change it in policed, there's a default limit.

Re: Rate Limiting for Local Users?

Any advice on the best way to implement this? I have not been able to figure it out. Policyd docs are confusing to me.

Thank You,

Caio
