After updating to latest release 0.9.9 and iRedAdmin Pro  3.1 some users experience Roundcube error:
SERVICE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE!
Error No. [600]

This happens to some emails only, not sure why. Anyone else having this issue? Some posts were talking that it could be enigma related.

Any relevant error in Roundcube log file? it logs to /var/log/roundcube/roundcube.log if it's deployed with iRedMail Easy.

Hey, there are no log files for it in /var/log/. Error keeps appearing...

Goind to Settigns and PGP gives me:
Application Error (600): Enigma plugin: Keys directory isn't writeable: /opt/www/roundcubemail/plugins/enigma/home

Files in folder are owned by
drwxr-----  2 www-data root
the folder itself is root:www-data


UPDATE:
Yep, the problem was the owner....
home has to be owned by www-data in first place, not root. Not it works fine. Thanks!
