The spamassassing service of my server during the day suddenly dies. During the day I find the service dead and spam continues to arrive in the mail. How can I solve?

Among other things, I have also implemented Auto learn spam / ham (https://docs.iredmail.org/dovecot.imapsieve.html) but it seems to have no effect. I move all the unwanted email into spam but it is not recognized.

I find most spam arriving comes from the same IP addresses ranges.

Follow this guide, and most of your spam will go away.

I think with about ten IP ranges blocked, 99% my spam was gone

Did you get any relevant log to understand why it died?
