Hello. where do I change the url of the roundcube homepage?

that is, instead of having www.mydomain.com/mail I would like to be www.mydomain.com /webmail
in /var/www/htdocs/index.html  edited /webmail instead of /mail but (rightly) I find myself with error404

i've edited roundcube.tmpl in nginx /etc folder
