Topic: DKIM registry error

Please your help, I have installed IredAdminPRO. I have a problem with the emails that are sent as most arrive as spam.
Apparently it is a DKIM problem because according to a test done at https://www.mail-tester.com/test-bito2 the DKIM record is not valid. please your help with this topic.

Re: DKIM registry error

- Is it working now? Many DNS vendors take few hours to flush the new records, so DNS publish may take few hours to be online.

- Can you get the correct DKIM DNS record with "dig" command like below?

dig +short -t txt dkim. _domainkey.fasttrack.com.co

Also, there're some other reasons a email was delivered to Spam/Junk folder, it depends on recipient server side. DKIM may be one of the reasons, but may not be the only one.

Dear, it seems you missed two '+' in your key.
