Topic: Mailbox won't load into Roundcube/SOGo

I have my a number of email addresses on the server. Suddenly, neither SOGo nor Roundcube will correctly load my InBox on my main email address.
If I load RoundCube, the screen shows the normal info - On the left, the InBox has 330 unread, shows other Boxes (Sent, Junk, etc). On the main form it says 'Mailbox is empty'. If I move to the Drafts box, the Draft emails all show up.
On rare occasion, the InBox will actually load correctly.
Outlook shows all emails.
SOGo hangs trying to load/show the webpage.
I have changed dovecot.conf to include imap_max_line_length = 2M
I have also changed default_vsz_limit to 200M from 64M
I'm not sure what logs to look at - mail.log doesn't seem to show anything abnormal.
The mailbox in question is large (I think the Outlook version is 24G).
So, what logs can I look at; what edits can I make (longer load time if I have a timeout on my slow server, etc.), etc.?
