0.9.7/MySQL/Apache/No-Pro

I have a user who wants all emails to reach him immediately - this means no 'auto rejection'  for the initial email.

If I use:

python wblist_admin.py --account user@mydomain.com --add --whitelist *

will that allow *all* emails through without initial grey/white/blacklisting?

If not, what's the most efficient way to accomplish this for user "user@mydomain.com"?
