Hi ,
I need Verbose logging in postfix so added -v in master.cf file like this:
smtp      inet  n       -       n       -       -       smtpd       -v

I thought that It creates mail.info, mail.err, mail.warn files but I have just maillog file. Is it sth wrong in my config?
how can I have verbose log of postfix?

Re: Verbose Log in postfix

You should have all verbose log in /var/log/mail.log.

Postfix simply logs to syslog, the mail.{err, warn, info} files are controlled by syslog program, not Postfix.
