Topic: Some user cannot connect POP3 and SMTP with ssl

Since Old Server cannot boot up, I reinstall OS and iRedmail. I found SOME user cannot connect POP3s with ssl and SMTPs with ssl. How can I do? Please guide me. Thank you.

- Please turn on debug mode in Dovecot and check detailed log.

- Are these users running an old mail client application (MUA)? It's possible that old MUA doesn't support TLSv1.2.

  if some user used old MUA, How can i enable TLS1.2? or how I enable older version for old MUA.  Please guide me. Thank you.

Now my MUA can connect via POP3, IMAPs, SMTP and SMTPs but failed on POP3s.

If your MUA works with POP3/IMAPS/SMTPS, it should work with POP3S too, because your server offers same SSL/TLS support for IMAP/POP3 services.
I have no idea why it doesn't work with POP3S.
