This are some test from www.mail-tester.com and www.allaboutspam.com

https://www.mail-tester.com/test-u1it7
http://www.allaboutspam.com/email-serve … 79CC396F76

I've got a perfect score with 10/10 on mail-tester and all is good too on allaboutspam

I set up DMARC, DKIM and SPF, Reverse DNS and everything that's needed but still end up in the spam folder. I set up the postmaster-tools on google also already wrote them but i never got an answer.
What else can i do? This is something that annoys me for a while already and as i manage the domains/email from some of my friends i kinda lose my reputation when their emails land in spam folders -.-
Please help me

Take it easy.

The test websites like mail-tester.com judges based on mail header and sender ip address, but different mail servers may have different softwares/solutions to detect spams, some may consider a newly seen IP address as possible spammer even you have all required/optional DNS records correctly configured. So it's possible that your email was delivered to Spam folder. Usually a new mail server has to wait for some time until others know you more.

You can also try to contact the recipient server admin to figure it out.

It also helps if one of the recipients forwards you the full headers of such a received mail, qualified as spam.
Inspecting them may give you a hint why they are classified as spam.

I already contacted Google, Microsoft(hotmail) and Yahoo(AOL) to no avail. They don't tell me definitive solutions and it's really quite bothersome that all my mails go into the spam folder....

this is the header for an email for Google for example. Have you actually successfully sent mail out to google, hotmail or yahoo without the recipient taking you off the "spamlist" and not land in the spamlist? I just can't work it out....
