==== REQUIRED BASIC INFO OF YOUR IREDMAIL SERVER ====

- Deployed with iRedMail Easy or the downloadable installer? Not sure
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Ubuntu 16.04.6

====
I have at least 10 email domains on iRed server.

I transferred one email domain to a new AWS cPanel based server.  When trying to email myself at any address still on my iRedMail based Ubuntu server is get this error.  Emails are not being received. They are rejected.   I also use Cloudflare CDN.

host mail.xxx.com [13.xx.xxx.xx]
    SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<drmiller@xxx.com>:
    554 5.7.1 <drmiller@xxx.com>: Recipient address rejected:
    SMTP AUTH is required, or it is a spam with forged sender domain

cPanel tech support has not been able to resolve this problem because they will not understand iRed server.

Re: iRed is rejecting my own emails from another server

You should disable OR remove this domain from iRedMail server after transferred to other server.

- if one domain is hosted locally, sending email as "someone@your-domain.com" must be smtp authenticated, otherwise it's considered as forged email and rejected.
- If this domain is still on iRedMail server after transferred, emails sent from other users in other domains to this domain will be delivered locally instead of delivering to your new server.
