- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Debian 9

- Web server (Apache or Nginx): Nginx
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro?

Is changing the hostname as easy as editing /etc/hosts and updating the MX records or is there something else I need to do in iRedMail config?
