Does the iredmail support balcklisting and whiltelisting of (user/domain) to send mail without using Iredmail pro 
Is there anyway to we can change date and time globally instead of changing time-zone and date per user

This is done by iRedAPD plugin "throttle", check /opt/iredapd/plugins/throttle.py to understand how to set the throttling.
