Topic: iredadmin web not working, only show internal server error

I got web admin iredmail error after upgrade to 4.0, I have check the Nginx error log, but not help, what log again should I check?

I only got a web that shown internal server error,

any suggest?

Any related error in /var/log/syslog?

is there any way to revert it back to 3.9 version?

Fixed due to old version of python module "urllib3", upgraded "urllib3" and "requests" to the latest versions then issue is gone.
