It's not clear what the issue is. Any error message you got? also any related (error) log in /var/log/maillog on your iRedMail server?

Need to Allow insecure SMTP connection on port 25

Need to uncomment the following lines under /etc/postfix/main.cf

#smtpd_sasl_auth_enable = yes
#smtpd_sasl_security_options = noanonymous

iRedMail offers TLS secure connection on port 587 by default. Do you mean port 25 also?
