Hi

I have this rejected mail of a Bank, Its posible to add an exception. I see the error "you may see while maintaining iredmail server" web page so in this case I have to add Unknown in helo_access.pcre

It says "Helo command rejected", yes you should whitelist it in /etc/postfix/helo_access.pcre.

ideally, the people at davivienda.com should conform to RFC 1912 and set up a PTR record for their host mx1.davivienda.com
